When you purchased property in Arrowhead, you became a member of the Arrowhead at Vail Association (the “Association”). The Association enforces protective covenants and provides public safety, design review, construction compliance, and common area construction and maintenance. Please be notified that an annual meeting of Members of the Association will be held at the Broken Arrow, One Arrowhead Place, located at the base of the Arrowbahn Express Chairlift, Arrowhead, Colorado, on Tuesday, December 27, 2011 at 5:30 p.m., local time, for the following purposes:
